In order to get an independent assessment of your food safety management and operational hygiene, it’s well worth investing in an independent audit of your business, by professional auditors who will conduct all audits and relay the findings/recommendations in a sensitive and confidential manner, with an understanding of your business.
Internal audits will give you confidential information on the current standard of hygiene in your operation as well as the level of your food safety management systems; so that you can act before a third party audit.
